This NEW rule only applies when the mechanics of the game can not be utilized because the clan is offline and buildings can not be damaged when no one is online.

Assuming a location is believed to have been abandoned, a clan can announce their intention to siege a location. First they should open a ticket in Discord with the Admins so we are informed and have a channel to discuss the process. (Admins reserve the right to require a full 15 days to pass in the cases of clan members being on medical/bereavement leave.)

Next, a notice must be posted in #news-and-rumors and be up for 3 days. At the end of the full 72 hours they can then post 3 "siege" events in Discord (at the top of the channel list) for the following three days. The clan leader must be tagged in discord all four times; initial notice, first event, second event and third event. (Obviously if they didn't register then you can't do that.)

The sieging clan must be at all of the events for the three days. If during this entire time period no one shows up, the admins will transfer the clan or other as requested/negotiate with the admins.

Obviously if the clan is shown not to have been abandoned normal game mechanic solutions apply and this process ends.

Schedule

Day 1: Open a moderation ticket in Discord and advise the Admins of your intention. Please tell us what clan you wish to siege, its map location, and your ooc goals. Give us 24 hours to respond and perform due diligence including by not limited to adding the target clan leader to the ticket.

Day 2: Post a rumor suggesting that there will be an siege/attack on the clan base. Tag the target clan's owner in this post, if they have registered.

Day 5: After 72 hours you may post three consecutive events in the discord.

Day 6: Sieging clan has their first posted event for a minimum of an hour.

Day 7: Sieging clan has their second posted event for a minimum of an hour.

Day 8: Sieging clan has their third posted event for a minimum of an hour. At the end of that hour, assuming an admin is available negotiated solution can be implemented.

Season Four

Season Four has began. We are in the process of upgrading our educational offerings, streamlining the application process, and onboarding new players. As always the wiki is a work in progress. As of Jul 9th, a significant re-organization was made.
